Deine Aufgaben: Als Sparringspartner für Führungskräfte ausgewählter Organisationseinheiten berätst Du zu personal-, organisations- sowie individual- und kollektivarbeitsrechtlichen Themen.Du stellst Qualität, Konsistenz und Rechtssicherheit zentraler HR-Entscheidungen entlang des Employee Lifecycles sicher.Du entwickelst HR-Standards, Prozesse und Steuerungsinstrumente weiter und begleitest deren Umsetzung im Tagesgeschäft.Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für definierte HR-Themenfelder und entwickelst unternehmensweite Leitlinien, Konzepte und Vorlagen.Du wirkst in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten, Audits und externen Anfragen mit, erstellst Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management und vertrittst die HR-Funktion nach innen und außen.
